Labtech Engineering Company, Ltd. is a leading world supplier of polymer processing machines for laboratory and pilot plant applications. The equipment is manufactured in Thailand under the guidance of Peter Jurgensen, President and founder, formerly from Sweden. Labtech equipment is built to rigid standards that are accepted worldwide, specializing in producing machines with high precision and technology used for research, quality control, and Universities worldwide. Labtech service technicians and engineers are highly trained professionals and well educated in the Labtech products we sell. We serve our customers and can provide startup and training for new lines and equipment.
Our Company
Labtech Engineering started production back in 1983. We were then only a handful of people while today we have a workforce of over 250. Our machines are made with Swedish technology and management together with our very well qualified and dedicated team of Thai managers, engineers and technicians.
Our Acceptance
We have, since our inception, enjoyed a very good acceptance by our customer for supplying them with machines of the highest European quality standards at very favorable prices. We take pride in every machine we produce.
Our Markets
From the time Labtech Engineering first started up in business we have been exporting machines around the world. We were, as late as only a few years ago, much better known abroad than here in Thailand. This situation has now changed but still around 90% of all the machines we produce are exported to customers in all corners of the world.
Our Service
An important part of put organization is to provide best possible after sales service. Thus we have a team of experienced technicians who travel all around the world whenever called for, doing commissioning and training on new machines as well as maintenance. We have a very large stock of spare parts that we can ship on the same day that we get the order so that they reach the customer by courier in only a few days.
Our Development
We are constantly designing new machines. At our first international introduction with the exhibition at K 1998 we had only two-roll mills, presses and mixers. Since then, only a little more than a decade has past and we now have a very large range of machines which is one of the largest in the world. And we are continuing to design three of four new machines every year.
Our Capacity
Up to now we have shipped over 5000 of our machines to customers around the world and with our new factory we have realized a much needed production increase which, as of 2009, amounts to some 50 machines per month. In 2014, we had a major expansion, acquiring a building next door, which increased Labtech’s total production and office space to over 100,000 square feet.
